State Department Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch MSR II to assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and a range of accounts. This role involves opening new accounts, explaining services, and connecting members with appropriate resources as needed.

The position emphasizes accurate processing, exceptional customer service, and knowledge of IRAs, certificates of deposit, online banking, and loan products in a dynamic financial setting.

Qualifications

• Two years of MSR or Teller experience in a financial institution.
• Basic knowledge of lending laws, regulations, and policies.
• Familiarity with financial systems and member service tools.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, money orders, and credit card advances accurately.
• Open and close the branch as assigned and deliver exceptional service.
• Provide information on accounts, IRAs, CDs, online banking, and loan products.
• Assist with stop payments, address changes, direct deposits, and card reorders.
• Counsel on loan options and submit applications with complete documentation.
• Support quality control findings and implement corrective actions.
