Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of teller or customer service experience with cash handling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organization and judgement abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows-based PC environments.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, money orders, and credit card advances.
• Assist with opening and closing branch duties as assigned.
• Deliver service to members in person, by phone, and via digital messaging.
• Use sales techniques to cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Maintain compliance with policies and logs (BSA/Compliance).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency.
