Job summary

State Employees' Credit Union is seeking a friendly member service representative to greet members, open accounts, handle cash transactions, and answer questions across all channels. You will balance cash drawers, process deposits and withdrawals, and maintain accurate records while delivering professional, confidential service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in banking or retail service environments preferred.
• Strong mathematical and numerical accuracy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and respond to their needs; open new accounts and process changes.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations.
• Enter transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer.
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter; operate drive-thru as needed.
• Keep daily/monthly records and assist with account problems and reconciliations.
• Assist with training in other branch operations as needed.
