Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Open new member accounts and service existing accounts
• Handle cash transactions and balance cash drawer daily
• Educate members on SECU services and make appropriate recommendations
• Balance vault, ATM, and coin sorter as applicable
• Operate drive-thru window and process member inquiries
• Record transactions and reconcile discrepancies
• Maintain daily/monthly reports and prepare cash deliveries
• Assist with account problems and reconciliations as needed
