Qualifications

• Greeting members and responding to needs with patience and courtesy.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Provide information about accounts and credit union services to members.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Balance cash drawer, vault, ATM, and coin sorter; prepare cash deliveries.
• Answer phones, file paperwork, scan documents, and perform other clerical duties.
• Operate drive-thru window and maintain daily/monthly reports as required.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations; escalate as needed.
