Job summary

SECU, a credit union dedicated to people helping people, is looking for a friendly member services associate to greet members and handle account openings, maintenance, and daily transactions. You will balance cash drawers, process deposits and withdrawals, and assist with drive-thru operations in a busy branch.

Requirements include strong communication, basic math, English fluency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training and ongoing development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes in accounts.
• Educate members on available services and make recommendations based on their needs.
• Key all required transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed.
