Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a branch-based Member Services professional who delivers high-quality customer service to members and insureds, processes memberships, and supports cross-sell opportunities across AAA products and services.

The role involves notarization responsibility, license requirements, and assisting in policy accuracy reviews while maintaining strong member relationships and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School GED required; 4-6 years branch member sales/service/operations or related experience preferred.
• Moderate knowledge of AAA products/services; insurance, travel counseling, publications, maps and routing preferred.
• Moderate proficiency in data entry; MS Word and Excel skills preferred; advanced customer service skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer service to members and insureds; update member information in POS and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Sell memberships and assist in the sale of insurance to prospective insureds; handle policy/membership changes and billing.
• Provide travel materials and assist with bookings; prepare travel documents as needed.
