Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) in Garland, TX seeks a full-time Branch Member Service Representative to blend Teller and Personal Banker duties. You will greet and assist members, identify financial needs, and educate them on RBFCU products to improve their financial well-being.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus totaling $1,250 across milestones. If bilingual Spanish/English certification is completed, you earn an additional $2.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible Monday–Saturday schedule and travel to locations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, courteous service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in in-person, video, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain cash controls and adhere to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and suggest suitable products and services.
• Support RBFCU sales culture and uphold branch standards.
