Job summary

RBFCU Insurance Agency LLC is hiring a full-time Branch Member Service Representative in Plano, TX. The role blends teller and personal banker duties to serve members and prospects with a focus on accuracy, fraud prevention, and relationship building.

Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus and potential bilingual premium after certification. Growth opportunities exist through RBFCU’s Path to Promotion and Learning and Development programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make timely decisions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members across in-person, video, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Process a variety of transactions while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Review deposits for fraud and assess impersonation risk to mitigate losses.
• Educate members on RBFCU products and opportunities to improve financial well-being.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts and support related departments as needed.
