Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in The Colony, TX invites you to join as a Branch Member Service Representative. Start at $20.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus program and optional $2.00/hour bilingual certification premium.

In this hybrid of teller and personal banker duties, you’ll deliver outstanding member service, process transactions across channels, manage cash with care, and help members achieve financial wellbeing while guarding against fraud and impersonation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Attendance and promptness are important; must be available Monday through Saturday.
• Must be able to cover staffing at other locations within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and follow detailed instructions.
• Proficient in using a PC, software and office equipment.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Good vision and hearing; ability to speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members, prospective members, and RBFCU team.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive-thru, and telephonic channels.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Engage members with consultative needs-based conversations and meet sales goals.
• Support RBFCU sales culture and branch standards by modeling best practices.
• Respond to Member Service Center requests as Branch Reservist.
• Assess deposits for potential fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts and understand RBFCU policies.
• Prepare teller reports and escort members as needed.
• Observe safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
• All other duties as assigned.
