Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative Float for the North Austin Region. This full-time role combines Teller and Personal Banker duties to deliver exceptional member service and promote RBFCU products.

Starting at $20.00/hour with a sign-on bonus plan and potential bilingual certification incentive of $2.00/hour. Flexible locations within Cedar Park, Parmer Lane, Lake Creek, Four Points, and Round Rock.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience preferred in financial institution, customer service or sales.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location in the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and follow instructions.
• Proficient in using PC and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions across in-person, video, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instruments per policy and law.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and product recommendations.
• Support sales culture and branch standards through best practices.
