Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Member Service Representative at the Parmer Lane location. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a sign-on bonus program and potential bilingual pay of $2.00 extra per hour after certification.

You will greet members, process transactions, and educate clients on RBFCU products to improve their financial well‑being. This role combines teller and personal banker duties, with opportunities for growth through RBFCU’s Learning and Development

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday–Saturday schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, video, drive‑thru, and phone channels.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instrument control per policy and law.
• Identify needs via consultative conversations and recommend products/services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards.
• Handle Member Service Center calls as needed.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation risk.
