RBFCU Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in Austin, TX is seeking a part-time Branch Member Service Representative at the Mopac location. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with a sign-on bonus paid in installments.

The role involves delivering friendly service, handling transactions across in-person and remote channels, and supporting sales goals while maintaining branch standards. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and eligible for an extra $2 per hour after certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Six months of work experience in a financial institution, customer service or sales is preferred.
• Attendance and punctuality are important; must be able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the region as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and to operate office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, and courteous service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, via video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash and negotiable instrument controls per policies and law.
• Engage members with needs-based conversations and recommend RBFCU products and services.
• Support sales culture and branch standards through consultative behavior and accountability.
• Assist with opening, updating, and closing accounts and preparing teller reports.
• Observe safety and security procedures and report unsafe conditions.
