Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) seeks a Branch Member Service Representative at the Mesquite branch to deliver teller and personal banking support with a focus on member relationships and fraud awareness.

You will process transactions, educate members on products, and uphold RBFCU standards while working a flexible Mon-Sat schedule. Bilingual Spanish/English certification adds $2/hour. First-week onboarding and ongoing development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months of work experience in financial services, customer service or sales preferred.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule; able to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, solve problems, and use PC/software.

Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, professional, courteous service to members and prospective members.
• Process transactions in person, via video, drive-thru, or phone channels.
• Maintain cash controls and adhere to policies and laws.
• Engage with members to uncover needs and recommend products/services.
• Support branch sales culture and maintain branch standards.
• Act as Branch Reservist handling Member Service Center calls.
• Assess deposits for fraud and impersonation to mitigate losses.
• Assist with opening/updating/closing accounts and knowledge of RBFCU agreements.
• Prepare teller reports and escort members as requested.
• Observe safety procedures and report hazards.
• All other duties as assigned.
