Job summary

The Auto Club Group is hiring a Branch Customer Service Representative in Morrow, GA. This in-office role focuses on welcoming members, promoting membership and travel products, and delivering friendly, accurate service to build lasting relationships and drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Ability to handle money and basic math.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Strong communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership, travel products, select banking products, and other ACG offerings.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, provide travel information, and conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and travel products.
• Respond to member inquiries, help resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff or management.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and travel money products while balancing the cash drawer.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff and participate in office activities that support branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
