Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative to greet members, promote membership and travel products, and deliver outstanding service in person at our Shakopee branch.

You will handle inquiries, process payments, support sales goals, and collaborate with a team to ensure a positive member experience. This is an in‑office, full‑time role with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer experience in a service environment is needed.
• Proven problem solving and ownership in daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and conduct outbound calls.
• Respond to member inquiries and resolve complaints; escalate when needed.
• Process payments for policies and products; handle cash drawer and remittances.
• Provide administrative support to sales staff during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
