Starting wage is $21.66 per hour, full-time and non-exempt, with additional pay for certified Spanish or Somali proficiency. Training is provided, and the team emphasizes service, accuracy, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Connect & Guide – Provide a warm welcome and help members open accounts or access services that meet their needs.
