Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or professional experience.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier's checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by resolving questions and escalating concerns when needed.
• Gather, input, and validate wire transfer information.
• Issue debit and credit cards and troubleshoot card issues.
• Educate members on self-service tools like Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
• Maintain branch logs, assist with audits and compliance training.
