Job summary

Affinity Plus is seeking a Member Advisor at its Mankato, MN branch to deliver exceptional member experiences through accurate transactions and informed financial guidance. You will manage deposits, withdrawals, transfers, card activations, online banking support, and fraud prevention while upholding privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or professional experience working directly with people; cash handling experience preferred.
• 1+ year of financial services experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit union products, services, and policies.

Responsibilities

• Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashier’s checks.
• Provide exceptional member service by responding to questions and resolving issues.
• Gather, input, and validate wire transfer information.
• Generate and issue personal and business debit and credit cards.
• Troubleshoot debit/credit card issues and online banking concerns.
• Balance and maintain a zero variance cash drawer.
• Assist in balancing and troubleshooting TCRs, coin machines, and vault functions.
