Job summary

Achieva Credit Union is seeking a Branch Advisor to deliver exceptional financial services and build lasting member relationships. You will cross-sell products, process teller transactions, and manage basic consumer accounts while supporting branch operations and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Additional education in finance, business or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage members in financial wellness conversations and recommend solutions.
• Process teller transactions and account maintenance accurately.
• Open basic accounts for new and existing members and present ancillary products.
• Uphold branch opening/closing procedures and maintain security standards.
• Represent Achieva with professionalism in all interactions and support leadership initiatives.
