Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and occasionally up to 125 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales and deliver excellent customer service while managing inventory.
• Balance expenses through purchase support and ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Lead training for inside sales staff on product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch associates and mentor staff.
• Nurture customer relationships and align with HR and senior management on policies.
