Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment with P&L management and KPI-driven performance.
• People management: guide, develop, and support team in alignment with policies and laws.
• Conflict resolution: nurture relationships and deliver exceptional customer care.
• Retail or industrial distribution leadership experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 125 lbs with equipment.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new digital tools; multitask across priorities.
• Self-motivated with focus on team success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to bridge staff and management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage expenses.
• Lead training for inside sales on product knowledge and safety.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch associates.
• Act as a bridge between employees and management.
