Airgas USA, LLC in Greenbrier, AL is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales and margin progress, and lead a customer-focused team. You will manage inventory, safety compliance, and financial reporting while supporting outside sales and new business opportunities.

A strong emphasis on people leadership and process discipline is essential for success. The role offers base pay with bonus opportunities, Monday–Friday schedule, and a focus on safe, efficient service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must operate in a drug-free workplace.
• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment with P&L management and KPI usage.
• Leadership experience with team growth and development.
• Experience with retail or industrial distribution operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and 125 lbs with assistance.
• Proficient computer skills and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills.
