Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Background in supporting and leading teams within retail or industrial distribution.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and up to 125 lbs with assistance.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with focus on team success.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily store operations to meet or exceed sales and margin goals.
• Promote sales, deliver excellent customer service, and manage inventory levels.
• Balance expenses through purchase support and maintain safety/regulatory standards.
• Foster alignment of facilities and staff with leadership and HR guidance.
• Provide professional customer service for internal/external inquiries.
• Support outside sales in nurturing existing relationships and new opportunities.
• Ensure accurate daily processing of financial transactions and reports.
• Maintain accuracy of back orders, open orders, and PO expedites.
• Cultivate cylinder and hard goods inventory levels for the branch.
• Lead training for inside sales on product knowledge and safety.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews and act as a mentor between staff and management.
