Job summary

The role focuses on promoting sales, supporting the outside team, processing daily financials, and maintaining accurate reports. Strong leadership and customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven managerial experience in a customer-facing environment with P&L management and KPIs.
• People management: guide, develop and support team members respecting policies and laws, fostering growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals.
• Provide professional customer service for internal and external customers and inquiries.
• Support outside sales in nurturing existing client relationships and welcoming new business opportunities.
• Process daily financial transactions and maintain accuracy of cash reports, pricing and receipts.
• Maintain accuracy of back orders, open orders, and PO expedite reports.
• Cultivate inventory levels and ensure timely product delivery.
• Lead training for inside sales on product knowledge, policies and safety.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews for branch staff.
• Bridge employees and management with mentorship and guidance from HR and senior leadership.
• Nurture customer relationships and ensure exceptional service.
• Support team alignment with company policies and applicable laws.
