Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in a 100% onsite role. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations and management, then advance to your own branch with relocation support.

You will drive loan origination, educate customers on lending options, and assist in recruiting and training to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs to recommend solutions.
• educate customers on lending services and assist with loan applications and payment reminders.
• assist Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing sales plans to meet goals.
