Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales is seeking a driven candidate to join the leadership track in a growing network of nearly 30 locations. You will learn every aspect of running a branch, from sales to lending, with the goal of taking ownership of your own site in time.

The position emphasizes relocation for promotion, hands-on training across stores, and a clear path to branch leadership. Competitive compensation is paired with benefits and growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.

CarHop Auto Sales & Finance is growing, with nearly 30 locations in 11 states, and we’re training experienced leaders to run their own branch.

What you’ll do:

Work alongside an established Branch Manager to learn every part of running the business — sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching — then take ownership of your own location’s results.
