Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is seeking a Branch Manager for our Twin City location. The ideal candidate is sales and team-oriented, hands-on daily, and maintains professionalism at all times.

You will lead store operations, coach staff, and drive sales while upholding CarHop's customer-first values. With a minimum 3–5 years in a supervisory role, you will set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure branches stay open with strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience as supervisor/manager.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivation of a team.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve targeted performance goals and align with CarHop's vision.
• Oversee sales process, monitor performance and execution.
• Hire, coach and train staff; conduct weekly training and one-on-ones.
• Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
• Manage branch sales, inventory and warranty; develop action plans to improve performance.

We are looking for a Branch Manager for a Twin City location.

The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, is hands on daily, and maintains professionalism at all times.

The Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.

Must have 3 years minimum in Management roles and a proven history of increasing sales and the methods used.

Manager Benefits

• Great starting salary $80,000-$85,000, additional earning potential with quarterly performance-based bonuses.
• Great work/life balance - 2 days off per week- Branches are open less than 50 hours per week nationwide.
• Locations close at 6:00 pm M-F, 5:00 PM Saturdays, & closed nationwide on Sundays

Manager Responsibilities

• Leading yourself and team in a way that supports Carhops Vision and mission
• Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance goals
• Comfortable working hands on daily with customers along side sales persons.
• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations
• Overseeing the sales process and monitor performance and execution.
• Hire, coach and train all store staff - conduct weekly training and one-on-ones
• Mentor new staff on standard methodologies for improving performance.
• Manage all aspects of the branch which include sales, inventory and warranty.
• Analyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance ensuring the branch achieves forecasted goals and objectives

Manager Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience as supervisor / manager required.
• Strong leadership skills with proven record of building, coaching and motivating a team preferred
• Ability to stay calm, patient & professional at all times
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to work required Saturdays (closed Sundays)
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license with a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent
