Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is growing and trains experienced leaders to run their own branch. You’ll learn every part of the business alongside an established Branch Manager and, with promotion opportunities, you could own a location in six months or less.

Two days off weekly; stores close at 6 PM (5 PM Saturdays). Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and holidays. A driver’s license with a clean record is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Willingness to relocate when promoted.
• Ability to travel to other stores for training.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable record.

Responsibilities

• Learn every part of running the business alongside an established Branch Manager, including sales, inventory, lending, hiring, and coaching, then take ownership of your own location’s results.
