Job summary

CarHop is seeking a Manager to oversee a retail location within the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metro area. You will lead a store team, set sales goals, and drive day-to-day operations to achieve profitability.

The role requires 3–5 years in management, strong leadership, and the ability to travel to other stores as needed. A valid driver's license and background check are required; CarHop offers health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and bonuses.

• High School diploma or equivalent

Managers will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of relocating and overseeing your own retail location.

Must be open to all locations in the Mpls/St Paul metro area.

The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times.

The Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.

Must have 3 years minimum in Management roles and a proven history of increasing sales and the methods used.
