Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is seeking a seasoned Manager to lead a retail location with a focus on sales growth and team leadership. You will work alongside an existing Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and staff development.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in supervision/management, proven leadership, and the ability to travel between stores as needed. This role offers a competitive salary, bonuses, and full benefits in a growing national company.

• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check with results that are consistent with Company hiring standards.
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Analyze the business and develop action plans to improve performance ensuring the branch achieves forecasted goals and objectives

Manager Benefits

• Great starting salary $31.20 hr, additional earning potential with quarterly performance-based bonuses once you get your own store!
• Great work/life balance - 2 days off per week- Branches are open less than 50 hours per week nationwide.
• Locations close weekly at 6:00pm, Saturdays at 5:00 pm, and closed on Sundays

Managers will work with an existing Branch Manager to oversee a retail location and its staff to achieve profitable sales with the ultimate goal of relocating and overseeing your own retail location.

The ideal candidate will be sales and team-oriented, display strong attention to detail, and maintain professionalism at all times.

The Manager is a skilled multi-tasker and demonstrates creative leadership methods to motivate employees.
