Job summary

CarHop Auto Sales and Finance is growing and seeks a trainee to learn the ins and outs of running a branch. You will work with an experienced Branch Manager and gradually take ownership of your location’s results.

Promising candidates have 2+ years of management experience, a willingness to relocate when promoted, and the ability to travel to other stores for training. A valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Learn every part of running the business alongside an established Branch Manager.

CarHop Auto Sales & Finance is growing, with nearly 30 locations in 11 states, and we’re training experienced leaders to run their own branch in MIssouri.

• Clear path to managing your own branch. Most trainees are promoted within 3-6 months.
• Branch Managers usually earn $70,000–$80,000, plus quarterly bonus eligibility
• 60% of our Branch Managers were promoted from within
• 90% CEO approval on Glassdoor
• Two days off a week; stores close at 6 PM (5 PM Saturdays)
