Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of a branch upon completion of training
• Ability to relocate within the Midwest Region preferred
• Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams
• Deliver customer retention results through inspirational leadership and team development
• Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching, and training
• Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest strategically in growth while balancing expenses
• Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans
• Recognize and develop talent in recruiting, selecting, and training staff

Qualifications

You’ll need to have…

• 3+ years of leadership experience in sales or operations
• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations:
