As an Orkin Branch Manager Trainee, you will be the leader cultivating a team to deliver top-notch service from the industry leader with more than 120 years of experience in protecting homes and businesses. Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of a branch upon completing training
  • Relocate within the Midwest Region preferred
  • Provide leadership and strategic focus, motivating teams and ensuring accountability for results
  • Deliver customer retention results through motivated teams focused on customer service
  • Mentor and develop team members via evaluations, coaching, and training
  • Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest strategically for growth
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans
  • Recognize and develop talent in recruiting, selecting, and training staff

Work Environment

Candidates must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely, with or without accommodations, including:
