As an Orkin Branch Manager Trainee, you’ll be the leader cultivating a team to deliver top-notch service from the industry leader with more than 120 years of protecting homes and businesses. Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of a branch upon completing training.
  • Ability to relocate within the Midwest Region is preferred.
  • Provide leadership and strategic focus through motivation and accountability for sales and service teams.
  • Deliver customer retention results by developing a motivated team dedicated to customer service.
  • Mentor and develop team members through evaluations, coaching, and training.
  • Manage Profit and Loss statements and invest strategically for growth while balancing expenses.
  • Identify operational deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
  • Recognize and develop talent during recruitment, selection, and training of staff.

Qualifications
You’ll Need...
  • Focus on winning and being the best.
  • Persistence in achieving objectives.
  • 3+ years of leadership in sales or operations.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred...
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in sales & operations leadership.
  • Experience in route-based service environments.
  • Commercial sales experience.
Work Environment

Must meet physical requirements and perform duties safely with or without accommodations, including:

  • Using ladders within weight limits.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Accessing crawl spaces, attics, etc., including climbing and balancing.
  • Wearing PPE, including respirators.
  • Working in various weather conditions.
