Job Purpose

The Branch Manager Trainee will assist the Branch Manager in learning the consumer finance business, RMC’s practices, and preparing to manage a branch. The role includes training on managing people and developing necessary skills, aligned with RMC’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Complete a 15-month technical and soft skill training program for a Branch Manager role.
2. Become a subject matter expert in RMC personal loan products and present solutions to help customers achieve financial goals.
3. Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase the branch’s loan portfolio and profitability.
4. Build customer relationships through exceptional service.
5. Assist delinquent customers using RMC account management practices.
6. Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
7. Complete training within the designated timeframe.
8. Attend required in-person training at offsite locations.
9. Track progress and develop goals with management.
10. Maintain branch standards on delinquency and payments.
11. Process loan applications and manage communication with customers.
12. Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures.
13. Develop and maintain B2B contacts.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented
• Pass drug, criminal, and credit background checks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Willingness to relocate and travel
