Job Purpose

The Branch Manager Trainee assists the Branch Manager in learning the consumer finance business, RMC's practices, and prepares to manage a branch. The role focuses on developing skills to run a branch and manage people, aligning with RMC's Mission, Vision, and Shared Values.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Complete a 15-month training program for a Branch Manager role.
2. Become a subject matter expert in RMC personal loan products; present solutions to help customers achieve financial goals.
3. Assist in developing marketing strategies to grow the branch's loan portfolio and profitability.
4. Build customer relationships through exceptional service.
5. Assist delinquent customers using RMC account management practices.
6. Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
7. Complete training within the scheduled timeframe.
8. Attend required in-person training at offsite locations.
9. Track progress and develop goals with management.
10. Manage branch standards on delinquency and payments.
11. Process loan applications and payments.
12. Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures.
13. Develop and maintain business contacts.
14. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Microsoft Office

• Pass background checks and drug screening
• Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle
• Willingness to relocate and travel
