Spectrum Quartz, by Hirsch Glass, is a premium surface combining the beauty of natural stone with the durability of quartz. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team and oversee an 8-10 person sales force across the US Southeast.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the quartz/natural stone industries, 3+ years outside sales and 5+ years sales leadership, Salesforce experience, and strong dealer/distributor connections.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of sales management and growth in southeastern quartz/natural stone markets.
• 3+ years outside sales experience and 5+ years sales management experience.
• Salesforce CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote Spectrum Quartz in the US Southeast territory.
• Manage 8-10 outside sales reps calling on dealers/distributors.
• Develop and implement sales initiatives and forecasts.
• Travel ~2 weeks per month to other markets; ride-alongs, recruiting, hiring, developing the team.
• Create and achieve sales goals for self and team.
• Evaluate metrics and determine sales strategies for product lines.
• Manage top accounts and grow sales volume; oversee account managers.
• Collaborate with senior management on team goals and margins.
