Rexel USA in Miami is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the branch's mission and strategy, oversee daily operations, and act as the manager in the manager's absence.

You will lead safety and inventory controls, supervise associates, greet customers, manage branch expenses, and work with the Branch Manager to drive profitability using company digital tools.

This role requires 2+ years of related experience and a valid driver license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience
• Leadership experience preferred
• Certification to operate forklift preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license
• High School or GED - Required
• 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Support branch mission and strategy; oversee daily operations
• Act as manager in absence of Branch Manager
• Drive profitability by using company digital tools
• Develop, train, and supervise associates
• Manage safety, compliance, and inventory controls
• Greet and assist customers; handle service issues
• Coordinate with Branch Manager on expenses and scheduling
• Maintain branch facilities and equipment
• Ensure branch security and safety standards
