Job summary

Zions Bancorporation's National Bank of Arizona is recruiting a Branch Manager for the Camelback & 40th Street/Phoenix location. This role oversees sales and service delivery, staff development, and community outreach to grow deposits and loans in Phoenix and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates will have banking leadership experience, a solid understanding of local market dynamics, and the ability to travel between nearby branches as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years’ management experience is highly preferred.
• Proven track record with business development and retail banking sales.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish languages is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to achieve branch goals.
• Create a vital sales and service environment and collaborate with partners and other corporate departments.
• Develop branch staff and expand customer relationships to achieve sales goals and exceed service expectations.
• Manage overall branch performance and ensure achievement of targets.
