National Bank of Arizona is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for our Wickenburg location. You will lead sales and service initiatives, drive branch performance, and develop staff to enhance customer relationships and achieve goals.

The ideal candidate has strong Arizona business sense, a proven track record in business development and retail banking sales, and is able to travel to surrounding branches as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in branch leadership and business development.
• Proven track record in retail banking sales.
• Local to Wickenburg or surrounding AZ communities.
