Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, seeks a Sales Administrator to drive banking sales initiatives in the Phoenix market. The role focuses on developing promotional programs, training staff, and supporting regional sales goals while traveling to boost regional coverage.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree with sales/marketing experience in banking, excellent communication, and strong leadership to motivate teams and enhance customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in sales, service and marketing of banking and lending products or related experience.
• Knowledge of bank products, policies and procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent decision making and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and develop promotional and marketing initiatives to expand the company's sales culture.
• Train, motivate, coach and guide area personnel to increase sales productivity.
• Monitor incentive payments where applicable.
• Develop strategic plans to meet regional or departmental sales objectives.
• Assist managers with overall sales goals.
• Conduct sales staff meetings and educate staff on bank products and programs.
