Job summary

Ilocatum seeks a branch leader to own a NETA testing and maintenance branch near Nashville. You will own the growth, profitability, safety and key customer relationships.

You will schedule and develop a team of field techs, quote and execute large jobs, audit reports for quality, hire and coach technicians, and travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• NETA Level III or IV certification.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

What you'll bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits:

$125K-$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
