Job summary

MDS Staffing is seeking a branch leader to drive full P&L ownership for a NETA testing and maintenance branch near Nashville. You will build a high-performing team, manage key accounts, and ensure safety and quality while delivering profitable growth.

Qualified candidates bring NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and proven supervisory or leadership experience. Travel up to 50% and flexible hours are required.

• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits: $125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
