Job summary

KLA Industries is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to drive P&L ownership, growth, safety and customer relationships. You will build and coach a field tech team, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, and manage quotes and key accounts.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, and proven leadership. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is expected.

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Pay & benefits: $125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
