Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a branch leader outside Nashville to own P&L, grow the branch, manage field techs, and drive profitability and safety. You will develop a team, build quotes, and coordinate large jobs with sister branches.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years of electrical testing and maintenance, and proven leadership. Travel up to 50% is expected; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits: $125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
