Job summary

6 Degrees Search outside Nashville seeks a branch leader to own the P&L and drive growth, safety, and customer relationships. You will guide field techs, coordinate large jobs with sister branches, and build strong key accounts while ensuring quality and safety across field operations.

The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Travel up to 50% is expected; base salary is $125K–$160K with up to 15% bonus and full

Job description

This is a branch leadership role with full P&L ownership. You'll lead a NETA testing and maintenance branch outside Nashville, and you'll own its growth, profit, safety and customer relationships.

What you bring

• NETA Level III or IV certification, and a background as a hands-on field tech.
• 5+ years in electrical testing and maintenance, including supervisory or branch-level leadership.
• Proven P&L or job profitability experience.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends and emergencies, and to travel as needed.

Pay & benefits: $125K–$160K base plus up to 15% bonus. Full benefits, 401(k) match and a company vehicle.
