Job summary

The Staff Pad is partnering with a Grand Rapids, MI family-owned distributor to hire an experienced Branch Manager. You will lead daily branch operations, oversee sales and logistics, and implement policies to drive efficiency and growth.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in sales with 1–3 years of management, plus experience in low-voltage industries. Travel (<10%) and mentoring responsibilities are expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience with 1–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in low-voltage industries, including fire and life safety, video surveillance, access control, and voice communication.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and mentor staff and manage branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations and manage sales and logistics teams.
• Maintain customer service standards and report service concerns as needed.
• Oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, and showroom appearance for accuracy.
• Drive growth by prospecting customers and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• Mentor the branch team and ensure training and development.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
