Job summary

Echo Electric, based in Eastlake, OH, seeks a Branch Manager to lead our local team and drive branch performance in alignment with company policies and culture.

You will develop customer and vendor relationships, oversee budgeting, inventory, and safety, and mentor employees to achieve sales goals while maintaining service excellence. Compensation includes annual salary plus incentive eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, sales or operations management; experience in electrical distribution is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales/Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, analytical reading of financials, and plan execution.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching and talent development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance to align with policies and culture.
• Oversee preparation of branch budget for Eastlake and monitor performance.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Monitor competitive conditions and expand market share in industrial/contractor sectors.
• Oversee inventory status and reconcile discrepancies daily.
• Drive customer service and sales goals by addressing issues with customers.
