Security Equipment Supply, Inc. (SES) in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, from sales to logistics, while driving policy implementation and best practices.

You will lead a team, mentor staff, manage inventory health, and partner with the corporate office to ensure growth and exceptional customer service. The role requires 5-7 years sales experience and 1-3 years management, in low-voltage industries.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• 1–3 years of management experience preferred.
• Experience in low voltage industries: fire & life safety, video surveillance, access control, and voice communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of branch operations, including sales, logistics, and staff.
• Help implement policies, procedures and best practices to achieve branch goals.
• Maintain SES standards for customer service and report variances.
• Develop vendor and representative relations; coordinate staff training and counter days.
• Promote growth for SES and customers; prospect new customers and support branch growth.
• Achieve branch sales goals; mentor sales team; plan to reach targets.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and develop branch personnel with corporate office.
• Ensure accurate inventory, warehouse and showroom organization; cycle counts and physical inventory prep.
• Maintain daily stocking/merchandising and ensure showroom is up-to-date.
• Complete administrative tasks for reporting to Corporate offices.
